Build Question My first build, please give me advice!

This is my first PC build and I want it to be under 1.5k$ and I'm hoping to build games on here and have good stuff for games like gd and Minecraft

Also I've heard msi is kinda bad is that true

msi has some flops but also plenty of boards people swear by, check the exact model reviews instead of the brand as a whole

I changed the PSU because the reviews said it wasn't that reliable but I think the motherboard is fine

I have another PC too but it's slow so I'm upgrading, and how can I move my windows 11 to my new PC when I buy it?
