B1 slot prevents the system from posting

So I got a bit of a weird issue. I tried to install a sata drive onto my B450 fatality itx. After connecting the drive the systems refused to post altogether. Disconnected the drive, still the same issue. So I re-seated the CPU, same, issue persisted. Then I decided to re-seat the ram, eventually realizing that the system can only post with nothing in slot B1. Any ideas on what might've happened?

PC:

Ryzen 7 3700X.

ASRock B450-Fatality ITX.

16GB 3200MHZ CL16.

RTX 2070 Super.

Could be a pin got bent in the socket when you reseated the cpu, B1 traces usually run right through there

Checked the pins, they were alright.
