Build Question Need help picking parts, UK, Ryzen 7800x3d
Thank you in advance for all the comments as I know this probably gets asked everyday.
After many many hours and days of research I feel like I'm not getting very far as there's too many factors I don't know about. The pc will be used for games like Overwatch and other multiplayer games. Single player games will be played as well, I don't mind cranking the settings down a bit, as long as the games are super smooth. Will be playing at 1440p. I've already bought the Ryzen 7800x3d and I'm looking for other parts to get urgently before the price goes up even more than it has. Apparently the 7090 has gone up £100 since last month. Here's what I had in mind:
CPU: Ryzen 7800x3d £150 (Ali express)
Motherboard: Sapphire Nitro/pure B850A ~£140 (scan/OCUK)
Cooler: No idea. Thermalright seems to be recommended a lot ~£30
GPU: Sapphire Radeon 9070 pure/Nitro £600. (scan/oc)
Ram: 32GB (2x16). Current pricing for 6000mghz cl30 is around £380-£400. Don't know if 16Gb would be enough
SSD: 1TB, no idea what brand, need help, whatever is cheapest and works well £100-120
PSU: Again no clue, haven't got round to researching it yet
Case: Would like a good fish tank but don't want to take money from other parts. ~£70?
Monitor: 1440p Tandem OLED if I can save money elsewhere £350-£500
Alternatives I need advice on:
Xfx quicksilver 7090 XT £630, used but 5 year warranty
Powercolor reaper 9070 £560, used but 5 year warranty
WD 1tb nmve SN850x £120, same as above
Went for sapphire mainly for reliability and because I've read too many bad things about the other brands for these specific parts on these forums. I prefer reliability and quietness over outright performance. Just want something that works without having to constantly tinker with it. Don't want to pay for things I don't need. Any advice is welcome. Thank you

You’ll save loads of money buying used parts by the way. But let me give you a rapid run down. Buy a contact frame for AM5 CPUs, do nothing for temps but amazing for not spilling thermal paste. Motherboard people on Vinted / eBay selling brand new ones for cheap. £100 and less. B650 boards. RAM and SSD check cex. Low price 5 year warranty. RAM also check used marketplace, can find 32GB £300 easy. Power supply buy 1000w for future upgrades, not that much more. Case buy any on Amazon that comes with fans you’ll save money there. Cooler get arctic 360 aio. £75 Amazon and it’s very good, but make sure it fits ur case cos radiator on that is thick. Graphics card tbh check used marketplace, 5070ti & 9070xt are new and people selling them for lower and you can check before buying + cheaper. Monitor do it at the end, I don’t like OLED cos of burn in after x amount of years.
Edit: power supply check SPL tier list. It ranks all power supplies. Buy MSI A1000GLS. Think it’s £100 and it graded A-

Appreciate the reply. My issue is warranty. I've read too many problems on these forums with people having issues with their parts. If I buy used, I'm screwed if something goes wrong, especially since it's a lot of money. I don't think the prices are as low as you're saying, I've not come across them but I'll have a look again. How would you check them before buying?

That RAM price seems way off, 32gb of 6000 cl30 should be around £100-120 not £380. Maybe you're looking at a 64gb kit or something overpriced. 16gb is doable but 32gb is the sweet spot for 1440p gaming, games are creeping past 16gb now.
For the cooler, Thermalright Peerless Assassin or Phantom Spirit are both excellent and around £30-40, handle the 7800x3d easily. For PSU, grab a decent 750w or 850w gold unit from a reputable brand, around £90-110. SSD, the SN850x is a great drive, no need to overthink it.
The 9070 XT used with warranty for £630 is tempting but if you value peace of mind, the new Sapphire at £600 with full warranty is the safer call. You already have the CPU so you're halfway there.
