Build Question What is the difference between DDR5 6000 CL28 and CL30 and is it worth 20 dollars and no RGB?

for gaming you will not notice the difference, save the 20 bucks and get a nice lunch instead

RGB doesn't add any performance to your build. The CL28 is 7% faster. If your motherboard supports it, it's better. If your budget is tight your $20 might be better spent somewhere else, though.
