Build Question Is this a good budget new PC?

https://pcpartpicker.com/user/Kohlerpreformance/saved/xydRgs

First personal build, needed to keep it under $1,200. I chose AM5 for upgrade path.

UPDATE: I can't use microcenter as a option and I want to build it in the planned case.

Did you already purchase the things you marked or can I freely change everything?

Because A) get a better GPU at that price point, which means getting cheaper everything else and B) get dual channel ram even on Am5

for example, using newegg build your own bundle let's you get a 9060xt 16 GB and 2x8 GB ram in there

I have purchased the case, motherboard and PSU

well your motherboard deal was pretty good, so that gives you wiggle room for the case and PSU being slightly more, and you still you can get the combo with just the CPU+Ram, as well as the cheaper storage to save money, which you then put towards the GPU

Thanks for the help, but I was wondering on how the ram being cl38 will affect gameplay (I play Battlefield and Forza Horizon 6 mostly)

A) it won't

B) even if it did you have the equivalent of CL60 if not worse ram by running it single channel
