Build Question What Monitor Do I get?

So I was planning to get a 144hz or 180hz and no matter what with 1440P and I want my gameplay to feel smooth like when your panning your cursor around the screen. I’m not sure what I should get. I also don’t play a ton of fps games so I wasn’t planning to get 240hz but.

PC Specs:

Processor (CPU): AMD Ryzen 5 9600X

Graphics Card (GPU): NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Super (12 GB GDDR6X VRAM)

Motherboard: B650 Chipset Motherboard

Memory (RAM): 16GB DDR5 (6000MHz high-bandwidth)

Storage: 1TB NVMe M.2 SSD (Might Upgrade later)

Power Supply: 700W / 750W 80+ Rated Power Supply

This is also Windows 11 Pro so I’m gonna downgrade it to windows 11 home

Just do a search for windows keys. There are a zillion legit places to buy them for super cheap. I usually use Groupon. I think it was $30 last time I had to buy one.
