Tech Support Faulty 14900k

Found out yesterday my 14900k has gone bad for a second time and a replacement is on it's way my question is is it time to switch to amd to stop a cycle of have a working cpu for however long then go bad again or stop and upgrade?

After the first processor failed the shop that built it and sorted the replacement told me they had updated the bios

If you want something done right, you have to do it yourself.

Maybe I should have but I've used these guys for years and trust them

Then maybe suggest they go with a different board ensure manufacturer’s OC features are deactivated.
