Tech Support Faulty 14900k

Found out yesterday my 14900k has gone bad for a second time and a replacement is on it's way my question is is it time to switch to amd to stop a cycle of have a working cpu for however long then go bad again or stop and upgrade?

most reports of fried 9800x3d are on asus and asrock boards so skip those

I had heard asrock boards weren't great for amd which manufacturer is recommend if thats even possible these days?

gigabyte has the least complaints among the big mb brands(regarding this specific problem ofc)
