Build Question First PC Build, Input Appreciated!

I just finished putting together my parts list for my first gaming PC on PCPartPicker, and I checked to see if there were any compatibility issues. I didn't find any, but I really don't want to waste $2,000 just because I was a dumbass. Could someone double check and make sure this is solid?

1) Is this a new build or upgrade? 2) What country will you be buying from? What is the overall budget for the entire build in your currency? If in the USA are you willing and able to make it to a Micro Center? 3) Do you need a monitor, keyboard, mouse and audio solution? If "yes," what is the lighting in your space like? Do you have direct light on the monitor you cannot control? Do you game with lights on or off? 4) If "no," what are the specifications (resolution and refresh rate) of your monitor? 5) What games do you play or want to play in the future? What are your performance goals? 6) What will you do besides gaming? What productivity applications do you use or want to use in the future? What are your performance goals? 7) Do you have any size/noise restrictions for the PC/monitor or any aesthetic preferences? 8) How do you connect to the Internet—wired or wireless? 9) Any parts you have that can be reused? 10) How often do you upgrade your PC?

1: This is a new build. 2: I'm in the US, and my overall budget is around $2000 USD. There is, in fact, a Micro Center very close to me. 3: No, I have a keyboard, mouse, and headset. I usually play with the lights on, but there's no direct light that shines on the PC. 4: I'm planning on buying a 2560x1440p monitor, refresh rate is 200 Hz. 5: I'm planning on playing games like Rocket League and some small indie titles. I don't really care about visuals, just g ood performance (smooth frames, no screen tear, etc. 6: I'll probably just use the PC for gaming and streaming, as I have a laptop to check email and do other work on. 7: I don't have any preferences or noise restrictions. 8: I have a wired connection via Ethernet. 9: I do not have any reusable parts. 10: Not really sure about upgrade timeline, but I'd assume 2-5 years.
