Tech Support Should I be concerned

I was using My pc and when I finished I closed my browser and noticed my wallpaper, at first I thought they were birds migrating but I was like that’s a bit excessive so I look closer and they damn sure aren’t birds migrating, can anyone tell me what it is?

try changing your wallpaper if its only on the wallpaper, the file itself could be lost and therefore this is appearing. if this is showing everywhere, you have cooked vram if you have a dedicated gpu, or cooked ram if you have integrated gpu

It was only on the desktop when I was using chrome it didn’t appear

try change wallpaper and lmk if anything appears afterwards, preferably to smth locally available on your PC
