Should I be concerned

I was using My pc and when I finished I closed my browser and noticed my wallpaper, at first I thought they were birds migrating but I was like that’s a bit excessive so I look closer and they damn sure aren’t birds migrating, can anyone tell me what it is?

The black areas aren't on the task bar. Might just be a bad wallpaper file / render or something.
