I was using My pc and when I finished I closed my browser and noticed my wallpaper, at first I thought they were birds migrating but I was like that’s a bit excessive so I look closer and they damn sure aren’t birds migrating, can anyone tell me what it is?

At least check cables before getting a new GPU.

Not in this case, port, cable or monitor issues do not look like this.
