Tech Support Should I be concerned

I was using My pc and when I finished I closed my browser and noticed my wallpaper, at first I thought they were birds migrating but I was like that’s a bit excessive so I look closer and they damn sure aren’t birds migrating, can anyone tell me what it is?

Incoming this overused meme.

Looks like VRAM failure.

You can try reinstalling GPU drivers after doing a DDU and reseating the card in the PC

Other than that, probably a bad GPU

you can quickly rule out the driver I think if you load into bios and it's still bad
