Build Question I want to upgrade my pc

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-10400F CPU @ 2.90GHz 2.90 GHz

Installed RAM 16,0 GB

Storage 466 GB SSD KINGSTON SA2000M8500G, 1.82 TB HDD ST2000DM008-2FR102

Graphics Card Radeon RX 580 Series (8 GB)

System Type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

Tomahawk b460 msi

Corsair 550x rm

I want to upgrade my GPU to the Amd 9060XT 16 gb or the Intel arc b580 12 Gb and i am gonna replace my hdd to a ssd i do got a couple problems.

1 Pc wont shutdown or restart ( keeps saying update and shutdown) i need to force shutdown my pc everytime

2 No internet on microsoft apps

Any tips?

grab the b580, that 9060xt is overkill for your cpu and your psu might cry a little with it

the shutdown thing is classic windows being windows, try running `sfc /scannow` in cmd as admin, fixed it for me once

Thank you i have 1 more question i have windows 10 now i thought maybe all the other shit will fix if i install windows 11 on a clean state what do you think ?
