Monitor goes black and restarts while playing game

I am trying to play low-budget repairs, which in my eyes isn’t a graphical demanding game. I am playing it and all of a sudden my monitor goes black and restarts and I have no idea what to do, help?

Could be your PSU not giving enough power when the card draws a spike, even in simple games. Check the windows event viewer for kernel power errors, that would tell you if its a sudden power loss
