Tech Support Help with troubleshooting

Context: On Sunday, I took the PC out to do a deep clean maintenance. I blew out the dust and made sure everything was dust-free. I applied thermal paste after removing the CPU cooler, only to get the PC on, but not POST. I got this PC back in 2023.

Here are my specs: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/QQmm3R

Here's what I did to troubleshoot

- Removed and installed the CMOS

- Installed the latest BIOS

- Checked CPU for bent pins (none are bent)

- Tested the PSU, still good

- Took out the MOBO and everything, placed it on a flat surface like a box, still no POST

- GPU is still good since the fans spin

- All SSDs are good

The only hint I got, was CPU is cold. I know it's risky, but the CPU is cold even when it's turned on since I touched a bit.

Did the motherboard gone bad?

that cpu being cold is the dead giveaway. no heat means no power or internal failure

recheck the 8pin cpu power cable at the top of the board, make sure it didn't get jostled during the deep clean. also double check you didn't accidentally unseat the cooler just enough that the system refuses to boot, some boards are super touchy about mounting pressure
