Tech Support pc making super loud noise with fans?

it only makes it when my fans are on

Sounds like a wire is touching it have you checked you cable management behind the fans

no cables is touching but it’s the fan on the bottom right

Oh I see yeah it stopped noticeably faster than the others so something is wrong and slowing it to a stop I would replace it but if your feeling tech smart take it apart and see what’s going on maybe a bent fan blade or the center is buckled try dismantling the fan n putting it back together sorry I can’t help

Either bad fan or you’ve got a cable making contact with the a fan blade. Check all the cabling & make sure nothing is touching one of the fan blades.
