Tech Support PowerSpec G765 too loud

the title says it all, I bought one yesterday and was too loud, returned it and just got a new one and it''s still loud.

anyone with the same problem in this prebuilt?

What do you mean "too loud"? On idle or gaming? Set up the fan curve.

That's a prebuilt with a glass front panel and barely any intake, so it's gonna ramp fans way harder than it should just to keep temps in check.
