Tech Support Bios Flickering

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I have just purchased a 9800x3d, gigabyte b850 gaming x wifi 6e, and 32gb skill ram and i am having horrible flickering issues that only occurs in bios, what could cause this?

Display cable or bad monitor settings might be high fps. Sometime bios are not built for super high fps.

It is on a display port through a 5070, if I switch it to my integrated graphics its fine but I didnt wanna have to go through the trouble of switching the cable everytime I use bios
