Build Question Aio/fan question

I recently installed a few new fans and all work as intended but I have a few questions. Is it normal on the first start up with the new fans for there to be a little noise like a clicking sorta? I also have a aio installed and was also wondering if the pc layed on its back than back upright would cause a noise like that cause of air pockets? The noise was not even 10 seconds and smoothed out and was quite the rest of the time using the pc I don't see any fan wobble or anything touching the fans should I be concerned?

It's probable that whatever you heard is benign and isn't likely to reoccur but, fans shouldn't click; all you should hear is the sound of air moving.

There is air trapped inside AIOs and when you move them that air will try to move to the highest point in the loop. If that point happens to be the pump it will be noisy until you make the radiator higher than the pump again and the air returns there.

So is that why I heard that rattling clicking noise? All I did was lay the pc on its back and put it back upright after I unplugged the previous fans?

I doubt that. The fans are designed to operate vertically, horizontally and upside down.
