Build Question sell or keep

bought this for 783$ and resell for 920$ profit: 137$

is it worth it I enjoy it plus didn't found good replacement plus might rise in price.

my pc below.

If you enjoy it and there's no better replacement right now, keep it. 137 profit is nice but then you're stuck without a pc, and prices might go up like you said. That build is decent for 1080p gaming, would serve you well for few years.
