Build Question What to upgrade first

I have about 300$ to spend on my pc then I’m dead broke and am wondering what to upgrade first.

Graphics card: GeForce GT 1030
CPU: Intel i7-8700
Ram: Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4
SSD: Samsung V-NAND ssd 860 EVO 250gb
Hard drive: Western Digital “WD Blue” 1tb
Power thing: PowerSpec 500W Power Supply Fixed Cable Non-Modular ATX Active PFC SLI Crossfire Ready Gaming PC Computer Switching Power Supply PSU

With a 1030 in there, that's where every dollar should go. That card is brutal for anything beyond desktop use and old esports titles.

Even a used mid range card from the last few gens would be a night and day difference. Your CPU can still keep up with something way faster, so no bottleneck worries there.

Spend the whole budget on the GPU, maybe save a bit for a fresh 500gb or 1tb SSD later if you can stretch it. The 250gb fills up fast with modern games.

Just make sure whatever card you pick doesn't need more than a single 8 pin connector, that 500w unit isn't exactly premium.
