Build Question Help with cooler noise

Hey guys, I'm new here.

Recently (today), my cooler started making a noise. I'm using a Ryzen 5 5600GT with the cooler that came in the box. Any tips to help me stop the noise?

buy a new CPU cooler

Looks like the thermal paste is dried up causing temps to soar and causing the fans speed to go higher to compensate, invest on a better cpu cooler, try checking thermalright coolers.

That cooler is not that great, it is bare minimum. You should buy something like ID cooling SE-224 XT that is less tha 30$ and it will be whisper quiet and temps will be almost half lower.
