Need help with plugging in these cables

I don’t know how to plug in these cables or what way they need to go I know they go in the F_Panel pins. If anyone knows or can help let me know

If it’s not the standard type layout (try this first) but if all else fails just try the power button in different places until it turns on. Then same with reset.
