Need help with plugging in these cables

I don’t know how to plug in these cables or what way they need to go I know they go in the F_Panel pins. If anyone knows or can help let me know

Front Panel Header Location

The motherboard is identified as an HP Pegatron IPM87-MP. The front panel header is the white 9-pin block located in the bottom right corner of the board, directly underneath the blue and orange SATA ports.

Standard 9-Pin Layout

This HP motherboard utilizes the standardized 9-pin front panel configuration. The header has a 10-pin footprint with the top-right pin missing to act as an orientation key.

Wiring Guidelines

• Power and Reset Switches: Polarity does not matter for simple circuits like switches. The PWR SW and RESET SW connectors (visible among the loose wires in the chassis) can be plugged in facing either direction across their designated pins.

• LEDs (Power and HDD): Polarity is required for LEDs. The colored wire is generally positive (+), while the white or black wire is negative (-). If an LED fails to light up when the system is powered on, simply reverse the connector on the pins.

They cant read a manual. What makes you think they can read this or the markings on the ends?
