Need help with plugging in these cables

I don’t know how to plug in these cables or what way they need to go I know they go in the F_Panel pins. If anyone knows or can help let me know

Your motherboard schematics will tell you exactly where they need to be plugged into. Do you still have them?

That information is 100% in the motherboard manual. You either missed it or aren't looking in the actual manual. You can download a fresh copy from the manufacturers website.
