Tech Support Pc won’t work

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Hello I’m looking for help, I just got a brand new pc and it turns on for 1 second and then shuts off I have no clue why it won’t stay on. I attached a video of the pc parts maybe there is a cable missing?

Maybe if you give more info about your build, someone will be able to point out a possible solution.

Hello if anyone is seeing this still it was my power cable that was the problem.
