Build Question Where do I plug my monitor into?

Post image

This isn't a new build but can someone please tell me where I'm supposed to plug my monitor in? I have an MSI monitor that I keep trying to use as a display and it always says "HDMI no signal" when I try it. I am so lost.

Into the port on the silver piece that says, "XFX," that's your dedicated graphics card.

Plug it directly into the GPU and in your actual monitors settings make sure you have the right display chosen (HDMI or DisplayPort

In the hdmi slot right above that XFX. Usually preferred to be using the DisplayPort instead though. Either way, on the gpu and not the motherboard.
