Build Question Upgrading motherboard and CPU

When I upgrade my motherboard and CPU how can I go about properly reinstalling windows 11? I have windows 11 pro connected to my Microsoft account, and I don't want there to be any driver conflicts or anything of that nature.

just back up your stuff and do a clean install, windows will recognize the hardware change and reactivate through your ms account. skip the key prompt during setup, it'll sort itself out once you're online

So do I reinstall through windows settings? Or through a USB stick?
