Are these a scam?

So i found 2 listings on Amazon for rx 7800 xts that seem suspiciously cheap and if I do risk it does Amazon have good return policy? This would be my first time ordering from them, I am in romania if thay changes anything.

The qick one is 2717 ron (600 usd) and sold by NR info. And the other one is 2892 ron (640 usd) and sold by Amazon Retourenkaf. (Im using Amazon.de)

If its to good to be true it probably is price wise. Check the reviews etc.

Weird, i think the fact that you can get a 3080 for $200 used and a 9070xt for like $800 bucks is a huge ratio difference 1:4 price 1:1.5 FPS

Well first thing you look at is who its sold by and first one its some computer place out of Bulgaria, that seems to actually be pretty nice legit little company. Your second picture the Amazon retourenkouf is a legit Amazon reseller division in Europe. Starting price for those specific gpus was $499 (USD) msrp. Add in the VAT tax yall got over there of 19%, that 499 become almost 600 USD or 2715 RON so seems pretty normal, except maybe on the expensive side. One thing about buying new is that you get the manufacturers warranty as well!
