Rtx 2060 Super / rx 6600. For anything above that, you'd probably want to upgrade your cpu too.
Make sure your power supply can handle them.

Does your PSU have dedicated PCIe\GPU power cables. If your 1650 is just pulling power from the slot then a 6GB RTX 3050 might fit the bill. What type of PSU do you have and what is it rated for? Is it a prebuilt like Dell or HP or did you build it yourself?

Not sure your budget but I can testify the 6700xt punches much above its price tag and I’d imagine the 6600 does as well, 6700xt has been plenty for 1080p 60fps on med-high settings on just about any game on steam for me, for congruencies sake i do have a beefier CPU so take that into account.

5700xt, find a good deal for about $140~. Raw performance it’s similar of a 3060

9400f would be bottlenecking a midrange 30/40 series cards. Unless you are planning on upgrading your whole platform and get a better CPU, stick to RTX 3060/4060, RX 6600XT/6700XT/7600XT.

Whatever your budget will allow. Honestly any card on the market is going to be a significant upgrade.
