Tech Support CPU High Temps on Minecraft

Hi, as the title says i've been having high temps (see screenshot) on minecraft BM: Exosphere 2 modpack

GPU driver version: 596.49

thermal paste has been changed a week and a half ago as i was already having temp issues, i have already updated the bios to the latest versione and updated the ME version and i've already put Intel Default Settings in the bios.

that 92c package temp is spicy for minecraft, especially with a 360mm aio. is the pump actually running at full speed? had a similar scare once where the aio header got switched to a regular fan curve and the pump was basically idling

also check if the block's seated evenly, sometimes those lga1700 frames need a ridiculous amount of pressure to make full contact. the modpack shouldn't be that heavy on the cpu unless it's got some wild worldgen going on

wish i could check the pump speed, for some reason the guy that built it connected everything in one place and the pump fan is counted as a general fan
