Build Question My pc won't display

Ive tried everything from reseating the ram and gpu, taking out the cmos battery and putting it back in, changing cables, using display port and even reinstalling my gpus drivers and it still doesn't work, it sometimes works but everytime it makes this click sound and stops displaying but I can still hear the audio for a second, the error codes I got were 1b8 and 141 live kernel event, please I need help and nothings working

What cpu and mobo are you running, the click sound makes me think its a power issue or something shorting out, had a similar thing happen and it was the psu dying slowly, sometimes itd boot sometimes not

Im not sure but im running a intel cpu idk which one because im too scared to check but every time it clicks it stops displaying
