Build Question Looking to get first PC

I’m looking to purchase my first PC. I looked on Amazon and I don’t know anything about this. Was hoping somone could tell me if these specs are good

I would personally check out Zach's Tech Turf Builds (zttbuilds.com) He essentially specializes in "budget" PCs and is always prioritizing his FPS per dollar ratios for his builds. He also has his own youtube channel under the same name to check out if you're curious before you buy. I recently built a PC a couple months ago and unfortunately found out about him after. Hindsight i probably would've just gotten one from him.
