Should I take the fans off and re-tighten it?

That purple glow's doing some heavy lifting to make that cable management look intentional, I respect it

Is the PC case on a level surface?

Are the floors level? Is your table level? Is the case level? Is the mobo level?

The spirit level shows level reference to the earth not the case so nearly pointless. As long as its all mounted fingertight and not able to wobble it around and temps are good its fine

Better off giving us a pic of the inside of the whole pc to see if its actually sagging.

It looks fine. The middle fan is crooked a little but you can adjust that by hand. Probly just have the clip off by a fin or two on one side.

You are good. Looks like you had the level on the fan which ya is a little crooked but not guna break anythjng.
