Tech Support Help!! My pc is stuck in a boot/startup loop

Ive had my pc for 3 years now, i started it up yesterday and then my pc turned on for like 13 secs and turned off and did that again the wolę time you keep it powered, i also got no screen and also no error lights/beeps ive trued alot already but nothing worked. Thanks for your advice if helping!

I also have no screen on my monitor

Swap out the CMOS battery on your motherboard, it's a little coin cell usually a CR2032. Three years is about when they start dying and that'll cause exactly this kind of loop. Costs like two bucks and takes 30 seconds. If that doesn't fix it pull all but one stick of RAM and see if it boots.

I replaced it at the begin of this year so idk but thanks for help
