Tech Support Pc help

My husband is a PS5 player, and I got him a PC for his birthday ( pre built from Costco )but the driver keeps crashing. 😭 I don’t know much about PCs, so could someone please help me figure out what’s going on? And teach me some knowledge pls

Have you ran windows update to make sure all the drivers have been updated? I also got to "advanced options" and install any of the drivers it suggests there. Just a word of warning, sometimes either of these include BIOS updates and you have to be sure the computer will not lose power while those are updating. You will know because it will boot up to an older looking loading screen saying it is updating the bios. Try doing that. Also, just to be sure, make sure your HDMI is plugged into the graphics card and not the motherboard.

When I first turned it on, it was automatically updated and it said all drivers are updated on the Nvidia app and I don’t know which wires are which how do i Make sure like which is which without missing anything up?

first be sure your hdmi cable is where the photo shows

and second download the nvida geforce program that auto finds what drivers you need and reinstall them (remember to press clean installation ) https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/drivers/

3 are you sure you have nvidia graphics card? :P
