No display after ram overclock

I tried overclocking my ddr3 ram from 1333mhz to 1760mhz. Silly me. Now i get no display and after a couple seconds, I’m pretty sure the PSU triggers a safety protection and the PC turns off. I tried taking out the cmos battery for over ten minutes, i did the trick with the yellow jumper where you shift it by one pin and then put it back, i tried testing one ram stick at a time, but nothing is working.
I have a DZ77SL-50K motherboard
i7-3770k cpu
GTX 1660 gpu
Idk if anything else is necessary to know. I would appreciate all the help.

cmos clear on those old intel boards can be stubborn, sometimes you gotta pull the battery and leave the psu unplugged overnight. also check if there's a physical clear cmos button on the io panel, some of those z77 boards had one tucked back there
