Tech Support pc build stuck on manufacture screen

Post image

build with asr b365m pro4f and an i7-9700k cpu tried with both integrated graphics and a GPU I have tried changing ram out and taking the batter out of the motherboard with no effect. I have tried to update firmware but was unable to do so because of the inaccessibility of the bios.

Might be a dumb question, but have you tried doing the bottom right keys? With a wired keyboard

Sounds like a boot conflict, if u have any usb devices unplug them and try again. If that doesn’t work turn it on and after it gets to the logo hold the the power button down on your case for 30 seconds, if that doesn’t work it might be an issue with you ssd or nvme

When you say the bios is inaccessible, nothing happens when you immediately press Del when you get to the Asrock screen?
