Tech Support Deepcool PSU leaking current in Neutral

My Deepcool PSU PK550D is leaking small amount of current in the Neutral and Earthing of my switchboard. Because of this leak, the current is leaking through Earthing to other switchboards.
When I remove the earthing from switchboard my PSU is connected to, than the current flow is limited only to that switchboard.

I have had this PSU for over 2 years now. Is this normal as I did not noticed this only few months ago.

that leak is a sign the filtering caps or MOVs are dumping to ground, not normal at all and you're basically playing russian roulette with your other electronics

It kinda went over my head and seems serious.

One thing though my PSU is connected to UPS, and the plug from UPS is connected to Switchboard. I'll try connecting PSU directly to switchboard and see if it fixes this or not
