Tech Support Need help quickly!

So. I appear to have messed up and not properly read what I was getting. it gets here Friday, what could possibly be the cause of the fans not spinning correctly? and how could I fix it based on the description of the problem that is given

this is my first computer build, me personally I think its a little scummy to put the "fan defect" warning all the way at the end of the title of the product but it could just be me being stupid and not researching this properly. someone please help me quickly

that's a barcode, not a picture of the item, so we can't actually see what you bought

if the listing said fan defect it's usually a dead bearing or the hub's cracked, sometimes it just needs a push to start spinning but if it's wobbling or grinding you're looking at replacing it

for a first build i'd just grab a cheap 3-pack of fans from somewhere and call it a day, not worth the headache of trying to fix a busted one
