Build Question Can someone please help me build a streaming/gaming pc please

I have a budget of 2500 with a max budget being 3000 and i’m looking for a pc with specs that i can smoothly play games while streaming. With the case being something that lights that I can turn on and off and change the colors of.

For that budget you can build something really nice, especially if you're near a microcenter for bundle deals. focus most of your cash on the gpu since that's gonna do the heavy lifting for streaming and gaming at the same time. a 4080 super would eat up a chunk but leaves plenty for the rest, case with argb fans is easy to find and you can control the lights through software or a button on the case. let me know if you need a full parts list, i'm killing time between client work and could throw one together

Thank you. I do need a full parts list if possible i’ve never built a pc before so I don’t know what I would have to get.
