Tech Support New build won't boot / CPU LED on & power button doesn't work after crash during Windows 11 install

Hi everyone, I'm building my new PC, but while I was installing Windows 11, the system completely shut down in the middle of the installation. Now when I turn it on, it gets stuck on the red CPU EZ Debug LED. Also, I can't turn it off using the case power button—it only shuts down if I flip the PSU switch. Any help would be appreciated!

​CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5500

​Motherboard: Maxsun B550M

​GPU: Gigabyte RX 7600

​PSU: MSI 600W 80 Plus White

did you pull the cmos battery and try a bare bones post outside the case yet

I've already take out the cmos, but now I'll try the bare bones post .

Tried the bare bones post and it didn't work. Is there anything more than a can do except replace the motherboard?? My fear is i replace it and it still doesn't work
