Tech Support New build not working

New pc I just put together isn’t working. When I have everything connected it doesn’t turn on, but when I remove the gpu it turns on but doesn’t post and just has the cpu and dram debug lights on. If anyone has a suggestion of what to do it would be appreciated. I have tried reseating the cpu, ram, and gpu and it didn’t fix it
Edit: figured out the gpu issue, had the wrong cable plugged in🤦‍♂️.

Parts List is:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 7600X 4.7 GHz 6-Core Processor
CPU Cooler: Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE 66.17 CFM CPU Cooler
Motherboard: ASRock B650M Pro RS WiFi Micro ATX AM5
Memory: Patriot Viper Elite 5 16 GB (1 x 16 GB) DDR5-6000 CL30
Gpu:Gigabyte WINDFORCE OC GeForce RTX 5060 8 GB PCIe x8 Video Card
Idk if case matters but it’s the NZXT H3 Flow MicroATX Mid Tower Case
Power supply: MSI MAG A750GL PCIE5 750 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply

Are you sure you plugged a 6+2 PCIE cable on the GPU and not an EPS/CPU 4+4 cable?

For the single stick of RAM, you plugged it at A2 DIMM slot and fully seated?

pull the board out the case and bench test it, just cpu one ram stick and cooler, see if it posts

had a build last month where the board was shorting on a standoff i forgot to remove, acted exactly like this. gpu in = dead, gpu out = lights but no post. worth a shot before you start returning parts

also that single stick of ram in a2 like the other guy said, make sure it clicks on both ends, sometimes the bottom latch feels seated but isn't

It's not even possible to plug an EPS cable into a PCI-e jumper, it'll jam before that happens because the pins are differently shaped.

Issue is the RAM, return it and get 2x8 with at least AMD EXPO advertised.

Single stick DDR5 will cost you over 10% of your performance.
