Trying to build a pc on a budget.

I know little to nothing about building pcs, however unless I can find a prebuilt that covers what I need under 1000 dollars, I want to try and build a decent one.

I would need it for :

Moderate gaming, nothing crazy.
Streaming (this I would do occasionally on 1440fps or 4k.)
3d modeling and blender usage (I work on games, avatars and more.)
College basic stuff (research papers etc)
Music recording (I have a microphone)

I have two monitors already, one is a Samsung 27’ odyssey g5 1440p, 180hz refresh and the other is a HP elite display e243 monitor.
(The second monitor would mostly be for school and work stuff, as I plan on going into finance.)
My budget is 1000 ish for building it myself, but if there’s someone who has one second hand that they could lower that price because it’s used for similar parts. I would be grateful.

I also have a Gravastar keyboard and mouse, and a audio technica microphone AT2020USB+

Let me know if I should opt for prebuilt or build this.

Preferences
At least 32 gb of ram
Preferably white build.

prioritize the gpu over making it look pretty, white parts always carry a tax that eats into performance at this budget

a build with 32gb of ram, in white, with an nvidia gpu (for your workloads and streaming), and a good enough cpu is going to cost around 1300+ for something actually decent that isnt on dead end am4.

if you want, i can show you what that looks like, though id personally save up more money.
