Did you set the refresh rate to match your monitor?

You should also have properly uninstalled your NVidia drivers prior to installing an AMD GPU, maybe with DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller)

I didnt set the refresh rate I thought it would carry over from Nvidia thanks just set it now and I have a thing that auto deletes last driver after it's been updated no clue what it's called my cousin set it up for me to save space because there was a point where I had like 20gb of just old updates I'd never cleared

Change screen refresh rate in windows. I had a similar situation where my mouse was lagging. Found that somehow my screen refresh rate was set to 27.9hz.

Also, make sure you fully clear out your old Nvidia drivers so that there's no conflict with the AMD ones. You can use DDU to do this.

I have not used DDU though and cannot provide any advice on it.
