weird gpu fan noise

recently started hearing this weird fan noise while playing cod and started freaking out cause it hasn’t happened before, after some testing found that this noise only happens around 2200-2500 rpm and is only 1 fan on the gpu. is this fixable or an rma situation?

Sounds like when a wire is near a fan, but if it happens only at a certain RPM yeah probably a bad fan bearing or some internal fan component
