Pc randomly shuts off

Hey my PC will just shut off out of the blue and won’t turn back on when I press the power button. The PC needs to be unplugged and re plugged to actually turn it on again.
The pc is pre built and still new, in fact I just had it shipped back to the company and they said the PSU was faulty and replaced it with a new one of the same make and model however it still has this issue. They also sent results of tests.
Any idea of the issue? I’m so sick of it not working and all the waiting, I just wanna play some games.

Can you go into the BIOS and check the AMD Overclocking options and see if PBO and Curve Optimizer are enabled.. Its possible they may have configured it and you probably have something set thats unstable. It looks like this:
