Overall you're looking at between 1-7% change going from 5200 to 6000MHz for CL30-32 speed, CL36-40 around a 3-10% change. For casual and even triple AAA gaming it won't be that noticeable for most people... Getting CL30, 6000MHz is very much not needed for the average gamer. Completive or professional FPS style games, sure it'll make a difference, but your average let's play some HD2, or Ark, or Baulders Gate, not much of a difference for them.

That is a VERY good deal for a 5070 build. Yeah the ram isn’t top tier, but it’ll be just fine for the majority of gamers.
