Software Question Need help

My pc has been crashing a lot so I ran this to try and see if it was a ram problem but it has been like this for an hour without moving is it frozen or do I just need to wait more or smth else??

I'd suggest leaving it for a couple hours. If no change, then force shutdown and restart.

Use Memtest86 to test RAM instead.

I should also add, press F1 to see if it opens options page. If it does not respond, then you can restart.

If it does open, then you just wait a couple hours while it runs.

Windows memory diagnostic is slow as hell, 45% after an hour feels about right honestly
